ARE THE OBLIGATION OF PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE?
You are not required to provide TheMakatka with any data. Failure to provide TheMakatka data may result in refusal to perform the contract due to the inability to perform it. Due to tax or accounting issues, failure to provide data prevents the invoice or accounting document from being issued to you.
If you provide personal data in order to transfer your personal data to ING Bank Śląski S.A. and / or Twisto Polska sp.z o.o. before the conclusion of the contract for the sale of goods (or services) purchased in the TheMakatka Store, the transfer of these data is a condition for the conclusion of the sales contract in connection with the business model adopted by the TheMakatka Store.
In the event of submitting your personal data to the Payment Intermediary in connection with the handling and settlement of payments made by you to the TheMakatka Store via the Internet using payment instruments, providing data is required in order to make the payment and provide confirmation of its making by the Payment Intermediary TheMakatka.
In the event of submitting your personal data to the Payment Intermediary in order to verify by the Payment Intermediary the proper performance of contracts concluded with TheMakatka Store, in particular the transfer of your personal data in the scope of information about the payments made by you, providing this data is required in order to perform the contract concluded between the Online Store and a Payment Broker.
In the event of transferring your personal data to Twisto Polska sp.z o.o. in connection with the possibility of offering you payment for the goods or services purchased by you by Twisto Polska sp.z o.o. under the order agreement covering the ‘Buy with Twisto’ purchasing formula and making this formula available by TheMakatka Store, providing this data and processing it for this purpose is required in connection with the business model adopted by TheMakatka Store and in order to perform the contract concluded between the Online Store and Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o.
